VULNERABILITY ASSESSMENTS FOR HOME & BUSINESS 

Your home and business are your most valuable assets. CSS can help you protect these by providing a Professional Physical Vulnerability Assessment (VA). This assessment will provide you with a report on the strengths and weaknesses of your property to enable you to better protect these assets. 

Initial consultation is free of charge. During this consultation, CSS will do a brief assessment of your home/businesses square footage, build type, and property size to provide you with a flat rate quote for our service(s). We provide 2 different plans: Basic and Full Assessment. Each are described below. 

 

BASIC PACKAGE: INCLUDES INTERIOR & EXTERIOR of HOME or OFFICE BUILDING—This package includes a full assessment of the interior of your home or business, including all entrances, exits, doorways, windows, and any additional openings. as well as a Full Assessment of the Exterior/Perimeter of your home or business building.  

 

FULL—This package is all-inclusive. It includes a Full Assessment of your entire property. All buildings (Interior and Exterior) and land within the boundary of your property lines.  

 

**Note: Each Package is priced at a flat rate—not hourly—and is Exclusive to your property and the package you choose. Your individualized cost will be provided once your initial FREE consultation is provided. This FLAT RATE cost is guaranteed for 90 days after your initial consultation.

    Mr. Baxter has been in the security business for over 40 years as a Security Contractor for the U. S. Government. He was a member of a Special Response Team (SRT), a highly trained counter terrorist team for a Department in the U. S. Government for 20 years. On standby 12 hours Daly to respond to possible terrorist attacks Domestic or foreign, to prevent theft of Highly protected Special material, components, and weapons of mass destruction (WMD’s).

    Mr. Baxter is highly experienced in conducting hostage rescue including emergency response in active situations. He spent 2 years as an operator, 4 years as an Assault Sergeant, 6 years as a Lieutenant Sniper on a U.S. Government Special Response Team (SRT), and retired from the SRT team with 8 years as a Lieutenant Team Leader.

    After retiring from SRT, Ken spent over 20 years working as a Senior Security Specialist for a company contracted to a department of the U.S. government that assesses the government’s ability to protect weapons of mass destruction (WMD’s) and its components.

     

    He also spent 1 year as the Physical Security Manager at the world's largest munitions depot, for the US Department of War.

    Mr. Baxter has trained with and conducted tactical training classes with U. S. Army Special Forces, FBI hostage rescue units. 

    ​

    Ken conducted tactical Training of Force Options for Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), and several city SWAT Teams.   

    ​

    Mr. Baxter and the SRT Team has conducted Dignitary Protection Detail operations for multiple U.S. Government Dignitaries.
