HOME & PROPERTY SECURITY & INSPECTION

Your second/vacation home and property will be given an Exclusive Security Check monthly, and a report will be sent to you by E-Mail.

A trained and professional team member will inspect the exterior of your home and the surrounding structures.

All exterior doors, windows, and roofs of all buildings will be inspected for damage each month.

Photos of all sides of your home and the exterior of all structures will be taken. At initial sign-up, the CEO will meet and visit you at your home location or on- line if you choose.

During the monthly security check of your home and property, any damage (such as a cracked window) will be in the report along with the location of the damage.

In the event there are any broken windows, broken/opened doors, or any other serious damage, the owner of the property will be contacted immediately via mobile phone and with a live video conference. While on a live video with the CSS team member, property owner will be asked for permission to enter and inspect the interior of the home or building for the possibility of animals, intruders, or damage inside property. A temporary cover will be placed over the damaged window or door until the owner can have it repaired. The CSS employee will not open drawers or doors of the interior of your home or other buildings without property owner’s express permission and all activity will be recorded and transmitted in real time via video streaming while the property owner virtually accompanies the inspector on live video.

If CSS employees expect or encounters damage by an intruder, Law enforcement will also be contacted. All follow up and investigation in a case such as this, will be handed over to local law enforcement.
